Who should get BODYFORGING™ certified?

Everyone who wishes to enhance their present training resume.
Everyone who wishes to start a career in fitness training.
Everyone who wishes to substantially increase their present cash flow.

This workshop program is intended for those who wish to instruct a wide variety of student on the BODYFORGING™ philosophy and its mission.

Our Master Instructors will teach fundamental information to potential instructors desiring to teach at a health club, gym, YMCA, educational institution or other types of facilities.

Skills will be taught to promote overall knowledge in BODYFORGING™ technique, exercise physiology, the prevention of athletic injuries, nutrition and dietary supplement education.

Certification Requirements:
• The BODYFORGING™ certification program is intended for those who believe in BODYFORGING™ and its philosophy. You must have the desire teach others, be willing to take the time and ensure proper instruction to your students so they too may be able to communicate with and strengthen their mind and body. Individuals must be open to learning, have the ability to work hard, and be disciplined enough to learn the BODYFORGING™ techniques.

• Participants must have the ability to maintain their exercising heart rate in the range of 60% to 85% for an extended period of time. The Bodyforging™ certification will be filled with a non-impact workout. Individuals should be capable of working hard physically and mentally.

• Participants are required to have had a physical exam within the past year.

• Participants must presently be in good mental and physical health.

• Participants must have taken other fitness courses, or have worked out aerobically for at least 9 months or more on a regular basis.

• Participants must pass the BODYFORGING™ certification practical and auditions (which are set up at a later date with the potential instructor and the Master Instructor)

• Participants must provide a personal statement consisting of two paragraphs telling us about yourself, and one paragraph detailing why you would like to teach BODYFORGING™ classes.

• This certification program will be comprised of approximately 70% practical workout time and 30% lecture.

In order to participate in the BODYFORGING™ certification program we must receive payment of $300.00(US) dollars. For an additional $50 you would have the privilege to one orientation on the BODYFORGING™ delivery process prior to your appointed auditioning day. All accepted participants will receive the training manual. Participants will need to read and understand the entire text prior to attending audition (this is a home study). Good luck, Live strong!
